Floor Manager
The Grill at Pine Mountain Lake is looking for a Floor Manager. We are looking for a Floor Manager who directs and coordinates operations with the Chef, Dining room captain, Hospitality coordinator, Lead bartender and Golf snack shack supervisor to manage every day business.
Qualifications:
Minimum AA in business or 5 yrs related experience managing a full service restaurant preferred.
Experience using Microsoft Office and use of POS system.
Experience managing P&L, & banquets a plus.
Serve Safe certified.
